Cash gifting is a felony crime no matter what the promotor claims about it - fraud, deception, and securities violations abound.
You can also kiss your *** good-bye if you fall for anything based on the Oprah Paypal chain letter (which both Mammoth List and The Cash Leveraging System are derived from), as it's a scam on the level of a minor weapon of mass destruction in itself. Just look at the recent riots in Columbia arising from such programs.
