New Koyo Economy Hotel?

Hi, i am planning a trip to tokyo in the not too distant future to coincide with the Tokyo Game Show. I have begun planning my trip and am currently considering staying at the New Koyo Hotel, mainly due to its very reasonable pricing. I was wondering if anyone could give me any useful information on this hotel regarding its accessibility, situation and surroundings. Also, if anyone has stayed at this hotel, i would like to hear personal opinions on it in general.

You get what you pay for. My wife and I stayed in the double room and it served us quite nicely - if all you're looking for is a place to crash. Had to block the bottom of the door due to the 1 inch (er, sorry, make that 2.54 cm) gap that transmitted a lot of noise. But the guy at the counter was helpful and gave us a nice souvenir upon check out. Didn't stay there long, but the immediate neighborhood didn't seem to be worth spending too much time in. All in all, it made for a decent enough place to issue forth from everyday, spend all waking hours in the city and then come back their to sleep.

The Koyo is cheap, but it's a hole. I met some interesting people there, though.
